Alberto is the third generation pizza maker to carry on his family legacy in the restaurant business. Alberto's nonno made history when he came to the U.S. from Italy and began his hustle living the American dream. From York, Pennsylvania, Alberto brought the Italian traditions everyone loves here to share. With over 70 years involvement in the food industry, this family is full of restaurant experience and take pride in their products. We have an upcoming fourth-generation Alberto's (my children) and making them proud is imperative to me.
Alberto's pizza is made with fresh dough daily and a thin crust that is hand-tossed and stretched to create the familiar size, shape, and taste that New York pizza is famous for. We use the finest ingredients, and our secret sauce is Alberto's recipe.
